To place an order, follow these steps: 1. Click on the product you want to order 2. Check product description and click ‘add to cart’ 3. On cart page, click ‘proceed to checkout’ 4. Login if you are existing customer or signup if you are a new customer 5. Fill in your shipping details and click next, 6. Check your order and select the payment options available, 7. How do I make payment for my items on keenPals?
Currently we accept both Cash on delivery and prepayment using MoMo or card

When will I receive my items after successfully placing an order?
All the product has specific delivery date, normally 2-5 days. Kindly check the delivery date for each product before you place your order.

We refund 100% of your money to you or we give you coupon equivalent to reorder your item(s) if you prefer to reorder

YES, you can return your item(s) within 14 days after you receive it. The reason for your return should be justifiable
Do I need to pay for shipment or delivery?
NO, currently we offer free shipping for all our products to Ghana.
Can I still return my items after 14 days?
NO, all wrong or damaged items should be return within 14 days after receiving and it should be in the same condition as you receive it.
