Are products on keenPals cheap?
NO, we don’t sell cheap items, we sell quality items at affordable prices, we give value for money in order to give our customers the optimum satisfaction.
When will I receive my items after successfully placing an order?
Your item will be delivered to you within 25 – 45 days after successful placing an order.
Can I pay on delivery?
Currently we do not accept payment on delivery since all our products are shipped from abroad.
Where does keenPals product ship from?
Most of our products are shipped from China and the USA, we currently don’t have warehouses in Ghana.
What happens when I receive the wrong item or damaged item?
You contact our available online customer support service (instant chat, call, WhatsApp or email) to lodge your issues within our product return period of 7 days.
What happens if I did not receive my item on time?
If you did not receive your item(s) within 60 days after placing your order, upon request we refund 100% of your money to you or we give you a coupon equivalent to your money to reorder your item(s).
Can I return my items?
YES, you can return your item(s) within 7 days after you receive it, you should justify your reason of return; either wrong item received or damaged
Do I need to pay for shipment or delivery?
NO, currently we offer free shipping for all our products to Ghana.
Can I still return my items after 7 days?
NO, all wrong or damaged items should be return within 7 days after receiving and it should be in the same condition as you receive it.
Is my information given to keenPals secured?
Can I refuse to accept my item from the delivery personnel?
In order to complete and get a refund if your items are not as described, you are to accept it from the delivery personal and contact us. We currently don’t have our own logistics company so it will be difficult to trace and refund your money back to you if you refuse to take the items from the delivery personnel.
